1. Delivery & Shipping
Do you offer free delivery? Yes! We offer Free Standard Delivery on all orders across the United Kingdom, with no minimum spend required.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing Time: 1–2 working days.

Transit Time: 2–3 working days. You can expect your new phone case to arrive within 3–5 working days after placing your order.

Which carriers do you use? We partner with reliable UK carriers, including Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, and DHL UK, to ensure your order arrives safely.

Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom (including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).

2. Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Is it free to return an item? Yes! We provide Free Returns for all UK customers. If you need to return an item, we will provide you with a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

How do I start a return? Simply email our support team at [Your Support Email] with your order number. We will guide you through the process and send you a prepaid shipping label.

When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund immediately. It typically takes 5–10 working days for the funds to appear in your original payment method.

3. Product Information
Will the case protect my camera and screen? Yes. Our cases are designed with raised bezels around the camera and screen to provide extra protection against scratches and drops.

Are your cases compatible with wireless charging? Most of our cases are compatible with standard wireless charging. For MagSafe-specific compatibility, please check the product description of each model.

What materials are the cases made of? We use high-quality, durable materials such as TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) and Hard PC (Polycarbonate) to ensure a perfect balance between style and impact protection.

4. Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure.

Can I change or cancel my order? If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately. Once an order has entered the handling phase (usually within a few hours), we may not be able to cancel it, but you can always return it for free once it arrives.

How can I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website so you can follow your package’s journey.
