2. Order Processing & Delivery Times
We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible:
Order Cut-off Time: 12:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London). (Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day).
Handling Time: 1 – 2 Working Days (Monday – Friday).
Transit Time: 2 – 3 Working Days (Monday – Friday).
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3 – 5 Working Days.
3. Shipping Carriers
To ensure your package arrives safely and free of charge, we partner with:
Carriers: Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, or DHL UK.
Service Area: This free delivery policy applies to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

Even though delivery is free, we provide full tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s portal so you can monitor your parcel's journey.
5. Delivery Address Accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address and Postcode at checkout. As we offer free delivery, we want to ensure your parcel reaches you on the first attempt. We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
6. Missing or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photographic evidence.
If your tracking shows as "Delivered" but you have not received your parcel, please check with your neighbours or local sorting office before contacting us.
